1. What shipping carriers do you work with?
We ship through major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. We compare rates to help you choose the best option for speed and cost.
2. Can I drop off prepaid return packages (Amazon, UPS, FedEx, USPS)?
Yes! Bring in any prepaid labeled package and we’ll take care of it. We currently do not take Amazon QR codes.
3. What do I need to rent a mailbox?
You’ll need two forms of valid ID, one being photo identification and the other proof of residency, and USPS Form 1583. We can help you complete it in store.
4. Do you provide fax and copy services?
Yes. We offer incoming/outgoing faxing and standard copy services.
5. Do you offer shredding services?
Yes. Bring your documents and we’ll shred them securely by the pound.
6. Do you offer business accounts?
Yes, frequent shippers and businesses can set up an account with special benefits and discounts.
7. How will I know when my mailbox or package has mail?
We offer virtual mail notifications. Ask us to activate them for your box.
