Refund Policy

At Sound Postal Pack & Ship, we strive to provide reliable, transparent, and high-quality services. Because many of our services involve postage, carrier fees, and third-party processors, our refund policy must follow strict carrier and regulatory guidelines. Please review the terms below.

1. Shipping Services

  • All shipping label purchases are non-refundable once the package has been processed, manifested, or tendered to a carrier.

  • Carrier fees (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) cannot be refunded once purchased unless the carrier independently authorizes a refund.

  • Refund eligibility for unused labels varies by carrier and is not guaranteed.

  • If a carrier fails to deliver on a guaranteed service, refunds must be requested through a carrier claim. Approval is solely at the carrier’s discretion.

2. Packing Services

  • Packing service fees are non-refundable once materials have been used or packing is completed.

  • If you cancel a packing request before we begin, you may receive a partial refund for unused materials at management discretion.

3. Mailbox Rental (CMRA) Fees

  • Mailbox rental payments (monthly, quarterly, or annual) are non-refundable.

  • Early termination does not qualify for prorated refunds.

  • Key deposits may be refunded upon return of keys in good condition (if applicable).

4. Printing, Copying, Faxing & Digital Services

  • All printing, copying, scanning, and fax service fees are non-refundable, including instances of user-submitted formatting or file errors.

  • We are not responsible for poor output resulting from low-resolution or corrupted files provided by the customer.

5. Retail Products & Merchandise

  • Unopened, unused products in original condition may be returned within 7 days with a valid receipt.

  • Opened or used products, including packaging supplies, are not eligible for return.

6. Notary Services

  • Notary fees are non-refundable, including when documents are incomplete, unsigned, or otherwise invalid.

  • It is the signer’s responsibility to ensure documents are prepared before the appointment.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • Sound Postal Pack & Ship is not responsible for carrier delays, damages, or lost items once tendered to the shipping carrier.

  • All claims must be filed with the appropriate carrier.

  • Assistance with claims may be provided as a courtesy, but refunds are not guaranteed.

8. Service Errors

If Sound Postal Pack & Ship makes a clear operational error:

  • A refund may be issued at management discretion or the service may be re-performed at no additional charge.

  • Errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer do not qualify for a refund.

9. Chargebacks

Any chargeback filed on a legitimate transaction may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services

  • Additional fees

  • Potential legal action for fraudulent disputes

We appreciate your business and work to provide a fair and consistent refund process for all customers.
