4. Customer Mailbox Privacy (CMRA Compliance)

For customers renting a mailbox:

  • We maintain PS Form 1583 and copies of submitted identification as required by USPS regulations.

  • We do not disclose your mailbox information except to USPS, law enforcement, or when legally required.

  • Customers are responsible for updating any address changes and abiding by USPS and CMRA rules.

Your mailbox contents remain private and are handled only by authorized staff.

5. Data Storage & Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information:

  • Locked and monitored storage for physical documents

  • Secure, access-controlled systems for digital records

  • Limited access to personal data by authorized employees only

  • Encryption of online payments via third-party processors

While we take strong precautions, no system is fully guaranteed secure. We continually review and update our practices.
